  • The team of TLC’s Real Simple. Real Life. help a woman reclaim her home from her new baby. Or you can just watch guys hitting each other on MyNetwork TV’s WWE SmackDown!
  • ABC’s Wife Swap switches up a Rastafarian mother with a hard working mom who believes in strict discipline. Also swapping this week, apparently, is the ghost of a high school athlete who’s haunting a family other than her own on CBS’s Ghost Whisperer. Maybe she died during a filming of Wife Swap.
  • Chris starts helping the football team with their homework while Julius takes another job on Everybody Hates Chris on The CW. Then, on The Game, Penny Marshall guests as Rick Fox’s mother.
  • In game shows you have to choose between a new Deal or No Deal on NBC or a new Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? on FOX.

9:00p/8:00 Central

  • FOX sticks with the game show format with a new Don’t Forget the Lyrics! NBC, however, offers up a new Crusoe where Robinson must decide whether to run off a ship of mutineers or try and strike a deal that could get him home.
  • On TLC’s What Not to Wear, Stacy and Clinton look back at hootchie mamas past that they’ve classed up. In much darker fare, WE offers up a Halloween special: 666: Searching for Satan, a road trip to various frightening locales across the country.
  • The History Channel keeps it real with a new Gangland while ABC’s Supernanny tackles a single woman of six.

10:00p/9:00 Central

  • Say Yes to the Dress proves that TLC is still in the wedding business big time. The Learning Channel. I guess there’s a lot to learn about wedding dresses.
  • On ABC, Elizabeth Vargas interviews VP candidate Sarah Palin in one story, while in another the story of a man who stole his own son’s identity on 20/20. BBC America offers up the Brit-skew with Newsnight.
  • Lipstick Jungle settles into its new timeslot with an episode where the plans for Victoria’s store opening come in a bit overdone and over budget. On USA, The Starter Wife thinks about “Das Booty Call”
  • Anthony samples the showbiz life among myriad plotlines on Starz’s Crash. Numb3rs is a lot more focused on CBS, with the team tracking a thievery crew swiping high-end goods from a shipping service.

11:00p/10:00 Central

  • Then join John Legend, Amy Holmes, Connie Schultz and Cornel West as they spend some Real Time With Bill Maher on HBO.
