- While The CW offers up the season finale, and winner of America’s Next Top Model, MyNetwork TV sends World’s Funniest Moments on hiatus after tonight.
- NBC’s Knight Rider takes it to Vegas … didn’t they already do that? Stephen Root’s character starts to insinuate himself into the lives of the Aunts on ABC’s Pushing Daisies, in his quest for whatever he’s after.
- Discovery’s Time Warp, in back-to-back installments, examines paintball and breakdancing. Those two things should be done together. Now you got something!
- FOX’s Bones sends Booth and Brennan to China, but the real mystery happens before they land.
- CBS’s comedy Wednesday hour begins with The New Adventures of Old Christine, where her boyfriend has an odd reaction to seeing her competitive streak. Then Allison asks Gary Unmarried to pretend they still are married for a friend’s renewal ceremony.

- DirecTV continues their exclusive run with the new season of Friday Night Lights. Meanwhile, Showtime’s Inside the NFL is all new with footage from pro football, so you’ve got football options.
- Sci Fi’s Ghost Hunters are looking at the notion of recycled souls, while The CW’s Stylista has the contestants mingling with celebrities, and having to identify them and why they’re important. Which is scarier: High fashion or spirits?
- A Badge Bunny (chicks who only date cops) found dead could lead to an inside job on NBC’s Life. The crew of Criminal Minds are sent on a manhunt to find his latest victim before it’s too late.
- Addison finds herself in the middle when two different pregnant women she’s treating turn out to have the same husband on ABC’s Private Practice. And of course they don’t know it. MyNetwork TV gives the former Mrs. Tommy Lee her own special with Shaken Not Stirred: Pamela Anderson. What is our continued fascination with this chick?

- Sci Fi’s Estate of Panic continues to put the contestants through the haunted house ringer, while History’s UFO Hunters look for “First Contact.”
- Other reality on the hour include Parking Wars on A&E, Discovery’s Prototype This looking at a robotic firefighter assistant, Bravo’s Top Chef, Spike TV’s The Ultimate Fighter, and the season finale of TV Land Myths & Legends. At the half hour, you can flip to G4 and see the Human Wrecking Balls destroy stuff.
- Comedy Central brings us the 12th season finale of South Park in which Butters is convinced he’s seen a vampire at school, leading to problems with the goth kids, because no one can tell them apart from vampires. Then, stick around for Chocolate News with David Alan Grier. It’s sketch comedy in the guise of a black-centric news program. “If it’s chocolate, we gonna bring it to ya!”
- It’s a procedural face-off as the granddaddy of all the current batch, Law & Order faces off against the third in the franchise, CSI: NY. A murdered teen leads to a church official and anothe rmissing teen on the former, while NY features its 100th episode where two murdered Mac Taylor’s gets the attention of Det. Mac Taylor.
- Letitia hits a young woman in her car, and to avoid scandal she is invited to recuperate in the Darling’s mansion. Meanwhile, Lisa and Karen have a showdown over Nick and Nola Lyons makes her presence known on Patrick’s senatorial staff on ABC’s Dirty Sexy Money.
- Samcro is left vulnerable due to Clay’s means for getting cash for Bobby’s defense on FX’s Sons of Anarchy.

- Sci Fi is bringing you again Into the Unknown with George Noory, this time examining UFO’s, while TruTV takes us on Ski Patrol.

Tonight’s episode of Sons of Anarchy was phenomenal. I nearly jumped out of my skin, a trait usually only found anymore when I watch The Shield. Kurt Sutter has certainly retained the complex relationships and loyalties that are at the heart of that series but has been able to place them within a new set of circumstances that are refreshing rather than a rehashing of old plot lines.
Clay’s not so under the radar dealings are now coming back to haunt him. Reigniting war with the Mayans to only get double crossed by the Niners.
I’m tiring a bit of the Gemma/Wendy/Tara power struggle. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the last we see of Tara.
I loved seeing Hale deck that ATF guy.
Not much movement on the Bobby situation but I imagine that could be an over arching story of the next season.
Then of course there’s Opie, I’m honestly dumbfounded by the turn of events in this episode. Opie was a stand up soldier in the warehouse while Tig laid under a shelf of dolls. Tig owes his life to Opie. I hate Tig, and Clay for letting it happen. I know Tig’s days are numbered and I will cheer his penance. I can’t wait until next week!
