America’s Got Talent – The results of the last quarter-finals episode

The quarter-finals are coming to an end this week and it was time for America to vote for four more acts to make it to the semi-finals. Did your favorite make it?

- Season 6, Episode 20 - "Results Show"

America's Got Talent

First up were Frank Miles, Avery and the Calico Hearts, Taylor Davis, and Fatally Unique. Sharon said that she can’t call it as they all did good and are different from one another. Nick announced that Fatally Unique is going to the semi-finals.

Jason Derulo performed “Don’t Wanna Go Home” and “It Girl.”

It was then time for Zuma Zuma and Yellow Design Stunt Team to learn their fate. Piers mentioned that he hopes America sends both to the next round. Only one is going through and it’s Zuma Zuma.

Next up were Scott Alexander, Team iLuminate, and Sam B. Yes! That meant the judges wouldn’t have to choose between Sam B. and another act as they could have very well voted Sam B. through to the next round. Not surprisingly, Nick announced that Team iLuminate is moving on to the next round. A big thank you to America for not voting for Sam B … but he still has a chance as there is a Wild Card episode coming up in two weeks!

Maroon 5 performed “Moves Like Jagger.”

Finally, Charles Peachock, The Kinetic King, and Melissa Villasenor, came to the stage. The Kinetic King was sent packing. This meant that judges would need to choose between Charles and Melissa. Sharon voted for Melissa. Piers’ vote went to Charles. Howie broked the tie by voting for Melissa. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Charles in the Wild Card episode.

Going through to the next round are: Fatally Unique, Zuma Zuma, Team iLuminate, and Melissa Villasenor. Meaning that I got 3 out of 4 right (I voted for Scott Alexander instead of Fatally Unique), you?

Next week is YouTube Week and then we will get Wild Card Week to bring the total of acts to perform in the semi-finals to 24.

Jason Derulo was having technical problems it was obvious but he adapted well with all of the problems. I think he was having trouble hearing himself which is a terrible problem to have. I suspect though that he was lip-syncing as soon as he started dancing because all of the sudden everything was perfect with the audio. When I started watching AGT I used to log into my employee account on dishonline.com but now I just record it and watch it on my own time since I found out about the Sling adapter. I love that it helps me get my TV watching done when I have time to kill rather than taking time away from my family when I get home and it was free with the special offer right now.
