It’s another week with a lot of releases, but not a lot of big, current, shows. The Blu-ray for the first season of Five-O is the highest profile release, but the better bets are found elsewhere. There is a trio of Doctor Who offerings for those of you that have signed up for that long strange trip, and a whole pile of goodies for the munchkins.
For the pick of the week, I’m going with Wainy Days. If you’re a fan of The State, or Stella, this should be right in your wheelhouse. It also featues a pretty incredible guest cast that includes Lake Bell, Julie Bowen, Saffron Burrows, Nick Offerman, Amanda Peet, Paul Rudd, Rashida Jones, Rob Corddry, and Megan Mullally. Even better, it’s just $12.
