The 21st Halloween episode of ‘The Simpsons’ reminded me why I don’t watch many of the new episodes. That being said, the Boy who Lived mocking ‘Twilight’ definitely helped.
Charlie gets booted from the gang and has a surprisingly successful job interview, thanks to two very special guest stars. Oh, and Dee is still pregnant!
Every week, I become more and more convinced that ‘Ugly Americans’ deserves its place next to ‘South Park’ on Comedy Central’s Wednesday lineup. While this week’s premise has been done before, the jokes and bits inside the episode tickled me pink … or troll green.
This isn’t the first time this season Tyra has put the girls in unnecessarily dangerous situations. She did it just last week, in fact!
The big question of the episode is “Who got Dee pregnant?” — it is literally the title of the episode. Well, we didn’t find out who he is, but we did find out who he isn’t. And we learned far too much about Artimis and Frank’s love life.
It wouldn’t be Halloween for me without a particular tradition; carving pumpkins, toasting the seeds and watching It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown while I do it. Because I’ll be out of the house tonight when ABC is broadcasting it, I pulled out my DVD to watch it again.
