Ratings Clack – Look at the great weather!

It looks like Ivey isn’t alone in picking ‘Covert Affairs’ as the best show of the summer. In its second episode, the ratings were up, landing it well ahead of ‘White Collar.’ ‘Rizzoli & Isles’ had a pretty good second week as well.

Ratings Clack – A big week for cable premieres

The big news this week was on cable, with six big premieres. The new shows, ‘The Glades’, ‘Covert Affairs’, and ‘Rizzoli & Isles’, looked very good next to ‘White Collar’, ‘Psych’, and ‘The Closer’.

Ratings Clack – The Syfy summer officially kicks off

With nothing too exciting happening on the networks, the biggest news this week was on cable, where Syfy premiered ‘Warehouse 13,’ ‘Eureka,’ and ‘Haven.’ Spoiler: They’re all going to spend the summer being hammered by ‘Pawn Stars.’

Ratings Clack – ABC summer premieres and Futurama

With summer officially starting, the week brought more premieres from ABC, and over on cable. The news was good for some (‘Rookie Blue’, ‘Futurama’, ‘Memphis Beat’), and not so good for others (‘Scoundrels’, ‘Boston Med’).

Ratings Clack – True Blood, Hot in Cleveland, and the NBA

The NBA Finals again made for a banner week over at ABC. On cable, HBO execs can breathe a sigh of relief. The return of ‘True Blood’ means someone is watching again. And TV Land found success with their first original sitcom.

Ratings Clack – Glee, NBA, and the *th major sport

The big numbers on broadcast last week came from the NBA Finals and ‘Glee’. Over on cable, Chumlee was a bigger demo draw than even Michael Westen as ‘Pawn Stars’ returned to more great numbers.
