As far as crossovers go, ‘One Tree Hill’ didn’t invade Portland with people and storylines that I didn’t understand, which is a good thing. Instead, a concert that lead to under-aged drinking, fence jumping, and some mother/daughter yelling?
A slow week gives us more character development than action, but that final moment should make any long-time fan giddy with excitement.
