The CliqueClack guide to 2010 New Year’s TV marathons

One thing many fans of television look forward to in carrying them into the new year is television marathons. Who needs DVDs, Netflix and Hulu when you can suffer through what a network has to offer all night, morning and the next day?

The Three Stooges — AMC, how I love thee. One of my favorite stations is carrying the torch to airing the annual marathon of this classic series, from 6AM today through 5AM tomorrow. Nyuch nyuch nyuck!

The Twilight Zone — Another classic staple to pave the way into the new year, and its one of the things we can count on our friends at Syfy to do right. Look for this to air from 7 AM today through 5 AM January 2nd.

The Biggest Loser — Looking to start the new year with some inspiration to lose those extra holiday pounds? Bravo is airing a marathon of this series from 8 AM tomorrow through 8 PM.

MythBusters — Marathon starts on Discovery tomorrow morning at 8 AM, lasting throughout the day.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer — If you’re lucky enough to have the Logo channel, they’re airing a marathon of this series starting 6 AM tomorrow, lasting through midnight.

Jennifer Aniston movies — A marathon of these … eh … classics(?) starts tomorrow at 11 AM and goes on for 12 hours, on Lifetime. Enjoy … ?

Alfred Hitchcock movies — Now we’re talking! A movie marathon of Hitchcock classics starts tomorrow at 8 AM on Chiller, lasting through 4 PM.

Law & Order: SVU — USA is covering this series from 5AM today and into tomorrow, with a break thrown in for the Holiday Bowl parade.

The Matrix — A marathon of the Matrix trilogy starts at 11 AM tomorrow on AMC.

Lethal Weapon and Die Hard movies — The marathon of these goes from 9 AM throughout the day tomorrow, on SpikeTV.

Criminal Minds — A&E starts this marathon at 8 AM tomorrow, lasting through until to 4 AM the following day.
